茴香精油
Fennel Oil / Foeniculum vulgare
Fennel Essential Oil (Fennel Oil / Foeniculum vulgare) is derived from the seeds of the fennel plant by steam distillation. Originating from the Mediterranean coasts and Southeast Asia, such as India, Pakistan, Afghanistan, Iran, and the Middle East, fennel should not be confused with Florence fennel, which is a vegetable. Fennel, known for attracting bees with its yellow flowers, has green, feathery leaves and grows to about 1.5 meters tall. The genus name Foeniculum comes from the Latin word "Foenum," meaning "hay," indicative of its rich, herbaceous aroma.
