氧化鉻
Chromium oxide
Chromium(III) oxide (Chromia / CI 77288 ), with the chemical formula Cr2O3, is an inorganic compound. It's a primary chromium oxide used as a pigment and exists naturally as the rare mineral eskolaite. It exhibits a hexagonal close-packed structure similar to corundum, with a hardness rating of 8 to 8.5, and resists acid attacks. Industrially, it is produced mainly through high-temperature reduction or decomposition of ammonium dichromate.

Uses in Cosmetics
Chromium(III) oxide has several effects and applications in cosmetics, including:
Serving as a stable green pigment in soaps, cosmetics, and personal care products.
Adjusting product colors and hues, mixed with titanium dioxide (CI 77891) to create different shades of green.
Source
Obtained by high-temperature reduction of chromite ores.
Produced by the decomposition of ammonium dichromate.
Exists in nature as the mineral eskolaite.
Globally Harmonized System of Classification and Labelling of Chemicals
The FDA lists Chromium Oxide Greens as a color additive exempt from certification. It's safe for use in externally applied cosmetics and personal care products, including eye products, when conforming to FDA specifications.
