茴芹精油
Aniseed Oil / Pimpinella anisum
Aniseed Oil (Pimpinella anisum), also known as Anise Oil, is extracted from the seeds of the Apiaceae family's Anise plant through steam distillation. Originally from the Middle East, it is now widely cultivated in the warmer regions of Europe, North Africa, and the United States. The Anise plant grows about 60 cm tall, featuring delicate feathery leaves and small white flowers. The greyish-brown seeds are crushed before distillation to increase the yield. The resulting oil has a sweet and strong distinctive aroma.
